On Wednesday, 17th May, socially-conscious film fans at Liverpool Hope University got the chance to watch Hostile.
Organised by Dr Simona Palladino, of the Social Sciences department, the film played in the Eden Building on campus and was followed by a Q&A with Director Sonita Gale.
Attendees reflected on their own experiences with activism, and dealing with feelings of frustration about the slow pace of change right now.
