On September 20th, Hostile will be screening at the Primrose Hill Community Association. All proceeds from the event will go back to the community centre.
We can now announce that the event will be hosted by the writer and campaigner Andrew Feinstein who will be hosting the discussion.
Andrew was an ANC Member of Parliament in South Africa for over seven years where he served under Nelson Mandela.
He is currently Executive Director of Shadow World Investigations (formerly Corruption Watch UK) – an NGO that details and exposes the impact of bribery and corruption on democracy, governance and development – and an investigative writer, broadcaster, campaigner and speaker.
This screening will mark the beginning of a new series of community-focused events and impact screenings around the country.
With a new government in place, Sonita and Andrew will not only discuss the history of the Hostile Environment, but also its future with all the changes that are taking place.
If you live in Primrose Hill, we hope to see you there to join in the conversation.
Tickets are limited, and are available on our website now.
