Hostile is now available via Turkish public broadcaster TRT World as part of their Storyteller series. The documentary is accessible to Turkish and international audiences on TRT World’s livestream every Sunday at 6 PM GMT until October 21.

TRT World is committed to “expanding understanding, challenging assumptions, encouraging debate, and influencing positive behaviour” to drive positive change. The themes explored in Hostile align closely with this mission, and we are very pleased to be able to collaborate with the broadcaster.
While the term ‘hostile environment’ was coined in a UK context, policies that make life harder and harder for migrants are not limited by borders. We hope that broadcasting Hostile to global audiences will spark discussions and shed light on the experiences of migrant communities around the world.
Hostile is also available on the BFI Player in the UK, VGTV in Norway, SBS in Australia and via the Asian Documentary Corporation in Japan.
