On Thursday, June 23rd, Hostile screened at the Reading Biscuit Factory at a special Refugee Week event that included a panel hosted by Nick Harborne, CEO at Reading Refugee Support Group.

The panel included Federico Faloppa, Professor of Italian Studies and Linguistics at the University of Reading and refugees from Afghanistan and Ukraine.

We are happy that communities across the country are able to use our film to contribute to the dialogue surrounding our immigration policies and the impact they are having on our communities. We are also encouraged to see that there are still some spaces where refugees are able to use their voice to speak about these issues.

Thanks very much to the Reading Biscuit Factory and the Reading Refugee Support Group for putting on this event.
