Last night on International Women’s Day, director Sonita Gale attended a brilliant event organised by AWITA (Association of Women in the Art) at 11 Downing Street celebrating women in the arts.
Alongside speaking to so many inspirational women, Sonita also spoke to host Rishi Sunak about Hostile and the reasons behind making it, and the film will now be making its way to his office. We hope that by getting the film into influential spaces like these that we can continue to inspire change for people who are affected by immigration policies in this country.
